1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between «Retry.Proxy» (hereinafter referred to as the «Company») and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") when using proxy services provided through the retry.proxy website.
2. Subject of Agreement
The Company provides the User with access to proxy servers to ensure anonymity and security of internet connection. Services include:
- Residential proxy servers
- Mobile proxy servers
- Datacenter proxy servers
- 24/7 technical support
- API for integration
3. Rights and Obligations
3.1. Company Rights:
- Change service terms
- Suspend access for violations
- Set usage limits
3.2. User Obligations:
- Use the service for legal purposes
- Not violate third party rights
- Pay for services on time
- Not share access with third parties
4. Payment and Refunds
Payment is made according to the selected tariff plan. The Company provides a money-back guarantee within 7 days from the first purchase, provided less than 1 GB of traffic is used.
5. Responsibility
The Company is not responsible for the User's actions when using proxy services. The User is solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their country.
6. Privacy
The Company undertakes not to transfer the User's personal data to third parties, except in cases provided by law. Detailed information about data processing is contained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Final Provisions
This Agreement comes into force from the moment of User registration and is valid until the termination of service use. All disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
